Home Each Night working on a local project in the Ipswich to Lockyer Valle Support & guidance from Senior leaders & Career Progression opportunities Leading Civil Contracting company offering Job Stability & good company culture We're on the lookout for an experienced  Project Manager or Senior Project Manager  to play an integral role in overseeing Civil Construction projects in the Ipswich to Lockyer Valley Corridor.
You will have the opportunity to take the lead on your projects, with strong support from our Senior Leaders and experienced team members.
You'll be coordinating multiple projects across Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Community Projects, and Roadworks.
About you You'll be a tertiary qualified Civil Engineer, with a solid understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.
You will demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills in order to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
Key responsibilities will be: Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
Accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.
Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.
Manage and maintain client relationships.
Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment  Coaching, mentoring and training of relevant staff and addressing and resolving any performance issues.
About you Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) Minimum 5 years' experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded Strong skills in managing client relationships.
Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.
Exceptional people management abilities.
