We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our innovative Museum, Permanent Installations & Experience Centre projects.  We are Xzibit.We are an Australian leader in the design and build of high-end exhibition stands, museum exhibits, and visitor centre displays.Over the past 18 years our team has produced countless customised environments for clients in the technology, transportation, arts, science and education sectors.Our in-house team provides an end-to-end service. We work with clients from the moment they make an inquiry, through creative development, design and production, to finally, onsite installation.Some clients and the projects we have previously delivered include:Powerlink Queensland, 'Copperstring 2032 Experience Centre' TownsvilleQueensland State Government, QPWS  'Mon Repos Turtle Centre'Redlands City Council 'Redlands Indigiscapes Discovery Centre' Sunshine Coast Council, 'Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve Rainforest Discovery Centre'  We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to lead our Museum, Installations & Experience Centre projects for Government, NFP and private enterprise clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept through design, production, installation and handover of permanent activations. 
What you'll do: Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.Quoting:Work with the Sales Team Lead in support of the sales process to win the work.Scheduling: Work with the Production Manager and other Xzibit Teams on scheduling, to estimate and plan timing for Museum & Experience Centre project delivery, to align with project scheduling for other business units.Project Management: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Quality control of third party integrated products and services.Production Installation: Work with Production Manager to guide construction to completion. Lead the onsite delivery, team leadership including site induction and WHS for the installation of high-quality exhibition elements. Support the client and production team through a 12mth defect period post handover.Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify lessons learned and inform future projects.What you'll need: Proven experience in project management, ideally within the museum or permanent exhibition industry.Strong understanding of project management methodologies.Strong procurement, budgeting and financial management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and time management skills.Problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.Proficiency in project management software. (for example Zoho, Jira, Monday.com, Trello, Google Suite)A passion for museums, exhibitions, and immersive experiences.
