Every project is a statement of quality, style, and sophistication, designed to meet the specific needs of their discerning clientele.Your RoleReporting directly to the director of the business, you will be responsible for the following:Manage and oversee high-end residential renovation, extension, and new build projects.Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure a smooth and seamless process.Ensure all projects are delivered within scope and on budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.Manage and coordinate procurement and all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, cost management, driving construction program (4-8 week look ahead), and compliance with regulations.Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors, ensuring they meet the business's high standards.Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues promptly.Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards across all sites.Your experience and qualificationsProven experience in project management within the luxury residential construction industry.Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.Excellent communication and client management skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.High attention to detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.High degree of technical understanding of building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.Relevant qualifications in construction management or trade qualifications in related fields are highly desirable.Your CareerIn return, the successful candidate will be rewarded with the opportunity to work on prestigious, high-end residential projects for a business that offers an excellent remuneration package and fosters a culture that values quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. #J-18808-Ljbffr
