We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a joinery trade background to be a key link between clients, supervisors and site personnel. You will ensure that all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards of craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of projects including budget, schedule and risk management. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel. Ensure critical procurement items are identified and all orders are placed in a timely manner. Organise samples and prototypes for client presentations. Schedule work to be completed within contracted timeframes and monitor progress. Overseeing onsite operations and measuring joinery items. Resolve onsite challenges and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Ensure compliance with company OHS policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. About you:
Extensive experience and knowledge of joinery / building industry. Trade certificate (joinery / cabinet making) is an advantage. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Experience in construction management software (eg Aconex, Procore) is an advantage. In depth knowledge of construction methods, materials and building processes. Excellent project management and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams. How to Apply:
