JOB DESCRIPTION Permanent All AU location - Hybrid/Full time - Manager Our firm requires a Project Manager that has experience in managing projects involving IT Systems or system workflows, with experience in Contracts or Contract Management a benefit.
The project manager will lead a focussed team delivering technology to the firm with a focus on the end-to-end experience of our clients and people.

We're looking for a Project Manager to work closely with the Contracting Centre of Excellence (CCoE) Team, along with our syste users across the firm within our vast community of solvers.
Use the know-how you've gained in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and project management.
With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow.
We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout.
You'll learn plenty as you run the project management across the project with no expectation of being the subject matter expert in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
Day to day, you'll solve problems by meeting deadlines and ensuring that a substandard solution is not acceptable .
As a Project Manager you'll also: In depth understanding of the decisions needed to make progress in the project and not make assumptions on behalf of the business, process or technology required.
Read yourself into a project in a hurry, understand and highlight potential issues and assemble the Subject Matter Experts to make the decisions.
Display excellence in people management skills and have a passion for leading teams.
The team needs to feel valued and united on the journey.
They need a leader who leads from the front, pushes from behind and encourages them from the sidelines.
Pay ruthless attention to the management of resources and the progress of the project with their hands on all the moving parts and an understanding of how they interrelate.
Have a experience in IT project management with the implementation of a complex solution where the client requirements are evolving in real time.
Be hands on in dealing with a client, a business implementation partner and an IT implementation partner to land a high quality solution.
Have a clear view that project documentation (including detailed planning), decision recording, issues management, structured summaries of issues resolution, steer co decks, weekly reports, actions tracking, UAT planning etc are theirs to own and maintain and that is what gets them excited Other Related Skills Required Excellent project management skill set proven over time in many different project management roles.
Comfortable taking initiative in ambiguous situations and demonstrating a balance of analytical, emotional and creative intelligence while working with your clients and colleagues.
Collaborative and enjoys working in an innovative environment as part of a team.
Must be a problem solver who can reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders.
Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
Well-developed stakeholder management proficiency, including: - Developing stakeholder trust - Communication of problems and opportunities Give and receive feedback and perform appropriate escalations promptly when necessary.
Able to clearly articulate outcomes/benefits delivered and be able to communicate them in a meaningful way.
Ability to be hands-on/delivery focussed as well as strategic in your thinking and approach It's time to move forward.
