Talenza has been engaged to source a Senior Project Manager/ Stream Lead for a Financial Crime Program
Location: Sydney
Day rate: Market rates
Length of contract: 12 months
Required experience: 10+ years of experience working with Project Management Methodology with a track record of delivery on past projects (mandatory) Demonstrated experience with successful project delivery using an Agile approach (mandatory). Banking and Finance Industry experience (mandatory) Recent Financial Crime program exposure; end-to-end (mandatory) Advanced knowledge of Project Management methodology, processes and tools
Effective planning, co-ordinating and managing timeframes to achieve deliverables. Strong stakeholder management skills, especially at senior management level; Ability to facilitate and resolve gaps/conflicts between the client, business and technical areas Persuasive and able negotiator; Excellent presentation skills to technical and business audiences Commercial awareness to guide development of sound business and technical decision making Complex budget and financial management. A proven ability to manage across broad teams and business areas, and ensure effective delivery of multiple projects simultaneously; Knowledge of Change and Release Management processes and procedures Candidates must have full work rights and reside in NSW for consideration.
