The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercialplastering and carpentry, with extensive knowledge of plastering trades.
Thisrole is crucial for managing our high-end commercial projects from start tofinish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee commercial fit-out projects includingwalls, ceilings, bulkheads, trims, doors, frames, skirtings, and externalcladding/soffits.Lead a crew of 10 employees and coordinate with two setsof contractors.Work closely with our estimator, admin, and accounts team.Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, andto the highest standards.Handle seismic design, rondo designs, and technicalframing design issues.Install as per manufacturer guidelines, findingcost-effective solutions.Occasionally assist on-site to ensure properdecision-making and problem-solving.
