Inklings is an innovative early childhood program within The Kids, for babies aged 6-18 months who are showing early differences in their social interaction and communication development. We are seeking a new Project Manager to lead a project team and collaborate with external stakeholders to develop, co-design, build and pilot a playgroup-type model of Inklings for caregivers and infants.You will find this role full of variety and responsibility. Some of your key responsibilities will include:Managing all aspects of project planning, development and establishment to ensure the project is planned, resourced and implemented to quality standards.Ensuring project governance mechanisms are in place, including reporting and compliance with funding and contractual obligations.Establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and project team members, to ensure successful outcomes of projects.Preparing budgets, monitoring expenditure and providing budgetary estimates and reports.Conveniently based in our offices Subiaco and Joondalup, this role will be offered on a full-time basis.About YouTo be successful in this role you will have tertiary qualifications in research/project management and/or have relevant experience in a similar role, along with the following skills:Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible, positive and collaborative approach.Highly developed project planning, coordination, and management skills.Proven capacity to manage budgets and grants in complex funding environments.Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and work effectively in a complex and changing environment.Excellent people skills with the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.We are driving inclusion and diversity as part of the way we work and embrace the diverse career and life experiences of our staff.
