They have been specialising in a range of solutions for Concrete Repair (Remedial), Corrosion Protection, Fibre Reinforced Plastics (FRP), and Waterproofing on various Infrastructure Assets.The RoleOur client has an exciting permanent opportunity for a Project Manager with experience in Corrosion Protection / Blast & Paint and Concrete Repair (Remedial) works to join their team. The office is located in the Eagle Farm area and will be a mix of project-based and office-based environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective leadership and ensuring the successful delivery of various projects, with a particular focus on safety, quality, operations, finance, and customer satisfaction.Your key responsibilities:Drive a positive safety cultureManaging multiple small/medium multidisciplinary in-depth projectsMonitoring and managing all project execution requirements and timelinesManaging the client relationshipMaintaining cost levels and monitoring budgetsLiaise with internal departments and suppliers, including labour suppliersAbility to problem-solve, ensuring concept to delivery is achievedHelp to effectively meet and manage client expectations, and to continue to strengthen relationshipsWhat are we looking for?Minimum 6 years' experience in Corrosion Protection / Blast & Paint and Concrete Repair (Remedial) on various Infrastructure Assets - Water Reservoirs / Water Tanks, Wharfs / Marine, Bridges, Refineries etcRelevant degree in Engineering or Construction ManagementNACE 1 or 2 certified, highly desirablePossess technical knowledge in coatings, surface preparation, management of hazardous substances and application processesFamiliar with Quality systems - progressing, ITPs, QA/QC liaisonWhat's on offer for you?A great salary package, negotiable for the right candidate, depending on experience: $175k - $200k (base) + Superannuation + $15k Car AllowanceWork for a large, well-established, highly reputable company that has been trading for close to 30 + years!Work for a company that has a great supportive work culture and management teamWork on a range of exciting large Private and Government projects.Personal continuous improvement - Work for some of the industries best in Remedial and Coatings works and 'sharpen your saw'!Job stability - Permanent Employment - Annual leave, Sick Leave, Paid Public HolidaysHow do you apply?Click the 'Apply' button and upload your resume.
