ROLE:Reporting to the Construction Manager + Director, you will be required to: Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract packagesAssess sub-contractor variations and progress paymentsPrepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the companyAssist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractorsManage all relevant stakeholdersFinancially astute, complete control of budgets and ensure that projects are profitableREQUIREMENTS:The successful candidate will have:
A Relevant tertiary degreeDemonstrated experience working on commercial projects from $15M+Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager working for a Head ContractorExcellent communication and presentation skillsA go-get attitude with a hardworking mentalityUnlimited Australian working rightsI'm keen to talk to Contract Administrators, Senior Contract Administrators, and Project Managers who are eager to be part of a growing business.
