12-month assignment, commencing ASAP - potential to extend 50/50 Hybrid Work Schedule on a Biweekly Basis Flexible work hours to support working parents 12-month assignment, commencing ASAP - potential to extend 50/50 hybrid work: 2 days in CBD office, 3 days WFH one week; 3 days in CBD office, 2 days WFH the next.
Flexible work hours to support working parents Company: A Victorian agency of the State Government that manages and protects Melbourne's major water resources on behalf of the community.
Role: You will be responsible for co-ordinating customer enquiries and requests, across the Urban Planning and Development (DSS) function.
The Senior Project Administrator will co-ordinate the triage, routing, resolution and performance reporting for customer email and telephone enquiries.
Responsibilities: Provide business and customer support to the team across the Development Services Scheme portfolios.
Support the DSS Teams for day-to-day enquiries.
Act as a point of contact/liaison between external customers and internal stakeholders.
Co-ordinate the resolution & triage of all emails, telephone enquiries and escalations.
Work collaboratively with teams across Urban Planning Dept and provide administrative and business support to action and resolve customer enquiries.
Coordinate the administration of agreed tasks and processes in systems such as MAXIMO, CRM and DevConnect.
Ensure accuracy in all data entry into relevant CRM, SRM and other relevant Development Services systems.
About you: Local Government experience within a planning environment is essential.
Good level of external and internal influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to build and maintain strong personal and corporate relationships and gain the confidence and support of stakeholders required.
Experience in customer focused service provisions, including identifying, resolving and improving customer outcomes Demonstrated ability in using technology, systems, process Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
