The Project Manager is a critical role in supporting significant projects on site. The role will be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.This role engages widely across all levels of the organisation with relevant stakeholders. We are a company that respects and rewards self-starters with the expertise to achieve results and sustain excellent standards of performance.Experience in, and knowledge of, demolition is essential to the success of this role.Key responsibilities are (but not limited to):Deliver all projects to agreed project plans, budget and time framesInterpret and define the definition of project scope, goals and deliverablesIdentify key responsibilities under the contractDefine project tasks and resource requirementsPrepare the site management plan in consultation with the Site SupervisorsImplement and maintain project controls in accordance with the site management planAssemble and coordinate project employeesActively participate and demonstrate risk management leadershipParticipate in project evaluations and assessment of resultsIntegrate key responsibilities under contract into scope of workPlan and schedule project timelinesTrack and monitor project performance using appropriate toolsMonitor project budget, manage and implement corrective actionsManage project resource allocationBe the single contact and spokesperson to all key stakeholdersProvide clear direction to internal and external stakeholdersMinimum Requirements:Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relative and related industry (essential)Tertiary qualification in Construction or equivalentManaging budgets of $500K plusProject management software, to an advanced levelTheoretical and practical aspects of project supervision and managementProject supervision and management techniques and toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsRisk management and problem-solving skillsEmployment will be subject to a satisfactory criminal history check, prestart medical, and periodic drug and alcohol testing in accordance with company policy.
