Project Manager About the company As a Project Manager you'll join a large full-service Steel Fabrication and Construction company with a long history of success in Australia.
They offer the full Steel Fabrication Services from project management, maintenance, drafting, painting and installation.
Projects range from medium-sized commercial through to large commercial and mining structures.
About the role As the Project Manager you'll liaise directly with project stakeholders, principal contractors and client site-based management team and manage all site related work.
This includes the project programming, installation procedures, safety plans, site induction, QA documentation, site inspections, safety meetings, progress claims, contract variations, budget forecasting, subcontracting quotes and estimating responsibilities.
The Project Manager has overall scope across the whole project deliverables and all site related works, including business development and client management.
Requirements for this role    Experience as a Project Manager with an established background in building construction, steel installation projects or steel fabrication.
Strong understanding of ISO9001.
Located in, or planning to relocate to Cairns.
