Fixed Term role based in North Queensland, till August 2025 (with possibility of extension) Salary package including a fully maintained vehicle About the opportunity: We currently have a superb opportunity for a Project Manager, working on the Kidston Pumped Storage Hydro project, which is a 250MW landmark construction project in Northern QLD at Kidston.
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing the supply and manufacture of concrete to the project, in accordance with our internal systems, the Supply Agreement and relevant legislation.
As PM you will be reporting too and supported by the regions Area Manager, and other teams with-in the business.
Your focus will be to ensure that our existing success is carried forward to the remainder of the project, with a keenness to maintain a strong relationship with our client and our commitment to safety and production.

Please note: This role is DIDO or FIFO from Townsville, though other locations are available.
About you: To succeed in this key role, tertiary qualifications in engineering, project management or related disciplines are preferred.
You should demonstrate credible experience in projects ideally within related industry sectors.
Sound knowledge of concrete and quarry products and hands-on experience in a concrete plant will be especially valued as will commercial experience servicing large civil contractors or equivalent.
Additionally, your leadership skills and ability to effectively supervise day to day operations of supervision of staff and contractors will be a key strength.
You will have a strong commitment to customer needs, safety and quality and a commitment to ensuring a safe work environment is maintained with a focus on ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
