We offer true work-life balance, working from home arrangements, team events and much more.Job DescriptionDeveloping working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completionProactively managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectationsResponsible for preparation of project management plans, programs, budgets and other key project deliverablesReviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.Managing project timelines, risks and reportingManaging project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on trackChairing project meetings with clients and consultantsManaging internal project administration including invoicing, variations, subconsultant management and contract riskBuilding the business through engagement, marketing and tendering activitiesMentoring and supporting junior colleagues to grow and develop professionallyContract Administration & Acting as the Superintendent's Representative to support the Superintendent;Writing Minutes for all meetingsDrafting PSC Reports, Drafting Monthly reports for review by the AD or DirectorQualificationsAdministrative skills with strength in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) essential.Familiarity with Aconex advantageous.Familiarity with the Design Phase highly desirable.Construction Contract Administration experience highly desirable.Bachelor qualification in a construction related field, or intentions to do so. Bachelor Qualification in a different field but with a keen interest in construction or experience in a construction related field. Alternatively, 10+ year industry experience without Bachelor qualifications.Great communication skills, both written (including excellent spelling and grammar) and verbal are essential.
