Job Description Developing working relationships, problem solving and driving projects to successful completion Proactively managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations Responsible for preparation of project management plans, programs, budgets and other key project deliverables Reviewing project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
Managing project timelines, risks and reporting Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track Chairing project meetings with clients and consultants Managing internal project administration including invoicing, variations, subconsultant management and contract risk Building the business through engagement, marketing and tendering activities Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues to grow and develop professionally Contract Administration & Acting as the Superintendent's Representative to support the Superintendent; Writing Minutes for all meetings Drafting PSC Reports, Drafting Monthly reports for review by the AD or Director Qualifications Administrative skills with strength in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) essential.
Familiarity with Aconex advantageous.
Familiarity with the Design Phase highly desirable.
Construction Contract Administration experience highly desirable.
Bachelor qualification in a construction related field, or intentions to do so.
Bachelor Qualification in a different field but with a keen interest in construction or experience in a construction related field.
Alternatively, 10+ year industry experience without Bachelor qualifications.
Great communication skills, both written (including excellent spelling and grammar) and verbal are essential.
English fluency to a native standard essential.
