Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading Residential Builder Developer in Sydney.
As a Project Manager, you will oversee the full project lifecycle from design to completion in the mixed-use residential space, ensuring all projects meet quality standards and adhere to project specifications. You will work closely with site managers, engineers, architects, and key stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality control to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and expectations are met.Lead site teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Prepare and review contracts, schedules, and project documentation.Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager within the residential building and development sector, on projects over $50 million.Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management software.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and solve problems effectively.Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field are highly desirable.If you feel you meet the above brief and requirements, please forward your updated resume by applying now.
