About the opportunity We're looking for an accomplished Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of a wide range of infrastructure projects across NSW!
As a vital leader within our Infrastructure team, you'll be responsible for steering complex civil projects from concept to completion—on time, on budget, and to impeccable standards.
Your role will involve everything from planning and execution to overseeing quality and safety.
Leading a skilled and dedicated project team, you'll offer technical direction while managing budgets, mitigating risks, and engaging with key stakeholders.
You'll also play a crucial role in fostering a positive, solutions-oriented team environment and driving continuous improvement across all facets of project delivery.
The portfolio you'll manage spans a variety of projects—think cycleways, pedestrian underpasses, and footpaths, as well as large-scale works like overpasses, multilane highways, and major road upgrades.
Your strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving will be critical in navigating the complexities of these projects.
What you'll bring to the Team We are seeking candidates with a strong background in Project Management, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering.
Experience in the Contractor environment within civil construction (i.e.
roads, highways and bridges) is essential.
As a confident leader, you should be skilled at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A passion for delivering exceptional results and a strong commitment to client satisfaction are key to success in this role.
Due to the nature of the position, you will be required to travel to various project sites across NSW to oversee progress and ensure projects remain on track.
