Project Manager

The Company:
Our client is a South Australian specialist civil contractor with a complex range of projects across DIT roads, water, bridges and subdivisions. Due to continued growth with their pipeline of projects, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.
  
The Role:
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of running a project whilst demonstrating teamwork, discipline and initiative. You will lead by example and foster excellent client relationships to maintain repeat business.
  
Key responsibilities of the role will include: Managing the project from inception through to completion including cost management, scheduling and budget control Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensure project and construction programmes are according to schedule Project and financial reporting Leading the project team to ensure effective and timely delivery of projects Risks reports Maintaining a safe working environment Liaising and coordinating with clients and sub-contractors The Individual:
You will ideally have a degree (not mandatory) in an engineering related field with proven experience as a Project Manager managing projects upwards of $5M in value, ideally within the civil engineering sector. You will be an effective communicator with proven leadership skills.
