Regularly review compliance records to maintain a safe working environment.What do you need to bring?Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, or related fields.Proven experience in Project Management and leadership across diverse portfolios.Previous experience in the Aged Care Industry, highly desirable.Solid understanding of the Community Aged Care operating model.Solid understanding of Project Management frameworks and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Lean Six Sigma.Strong organisational abilities and proficiency in project management software.Familiarity with AlayaCare software is highly regarded.Previous experience using TechOne, Daitum and PowerBI.Previous experience managing projects using SmartSheet.Excellent communication and coordination skills for effective stakeholder management.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple project elements simultaneously.Knowledge and experience with Work Health and Safety (WH&S) protocols, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
