Your new role We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team.
This role offers diversity, flexibility, and autonomy.
This role will oversee the full project lifecycle for the delivery of modular building projects and ensure they meet both customer expectations and industry standards.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic team while providing exceptional customer service.
No two days will be the same, working across multiple high-impact projects in the construction industry.
In this role, you will also: Oversee the complete delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality criteria.
Participate in tendering processes, including project scoping, cost estimation, and project scheduling in MS Project.
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to explore cost-saving, design alternatives and value management.
Oversee the effective coordination of multiple projects, maintain project schedules, and keep clients informed.
Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, manage trade contractors, and monitor quality assurance throughout project delivery.
About you: Drawing upon your proven experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager, this will be complemented by your first-class communication skills and time management skills.
Other required skills and experience include: Tertiary education in Construction/Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture (preferred but not essential).
Certificate IV in Building and Construction.
Driving a safe workplace culture with employees and contractors.
Knowledge of the modular building industry and experience with modular building manufacturing is highly advantageous.
Prior experience managing projects for large EPCs, EPCMs, or major resource companies is preferred.
