We're seeking a talented leader to join our Senior Leadership Team, working directly with the Managing Director to drive the successful delivery of Sustainable Infrastructure Systems (SIS) contracts.This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with a strong technical engineering background and proven project management expertise.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our projects, managing timelines, budgets, and ensuring delivery exceeds expectations.
You'll be involved in company planning, driving performance, and working closely with key stakeholders to make a lasting impact.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManage multiple projects, ensuring delivery within deadlines and budgets.Provide technical and commercial expertise to guarantee successful project outcomes.Oversee risk management strategies, ensuring all project risks are identified, mitigated, and managed.Leverage knowledge of composites to support and advance project development.Ensure positive project cash flow and sound financial management.Interpret and oversee 2D and 3D construction drawings, ensuring all technical requirements for FRP products are met.Deliver presentations and lead information sessions with clients, investors, and technical bodies.Assist the Sales Team by providing expert insights during the sales process.Manage client relationships and be accountable for bid submissions, quotations, and tenders.Promote SIS products and build strong partnerships with Government bodies, infrastructure authorities, and engineering contractors.Collaborate with international production and engineering teams to stay ahead of technical innovations.Build, lead, and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSProven experience in project management, particularly within engineering, construction, or infrastructure sectors.Strong leadership and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Expertise in managing project risks, budgets, and timelines effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.Ability to interpret construction drawings and provide technical oversight.Experience with Fibre-Reinforced Polymer (FRP) products or similar composite materials is highly desirable.WHY JOIN US?You'll be joining a forward-thinking, innovative company making a real difference in infrastructure solutions.
