Over the last three decades, Cladding & Roofing have grown to become a market leader in providing quality cladding and roofing solutions across all industry sectors. Through a strong focus on relationships, Cladding & Roofing have partnered with key developers and construction companies to build some of the State's most iconic projects.
To sustain our growth and legacy, we are now seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Director, you will play an integral role in the management and delivery of key industrial and commercial cladding and roofing projects. Key responsibilities will include:
Developing and managing construction programs and resource management for commercial projects;Delivering projects that meet our client's expectations around quality, budget and time through regular monitoring of site progress, quality and safety;Managing project procurement including the effective coordination of materials to site and in line with internal cost controls;Liaising with key stakeholders (Construction Manager, Site Supervisors, Estimators, Finance etc.) to ensure the seamless implementation of the project;Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders through effective and professional communication;Managing key project risks through the implementation of quality and process controls;Managing project financials – including the preparation of progress claims, variations, monthly reporting and the approval of supplier invoices.The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in project management or a project coordinator's role within the building industry, and a proven track record of project delivery. You will possess a strong understanding of contract administration, financial management and stakeholder engagement. You will enjoy working in a high-performance environment, possess a can-do attitude and are capable of managing multiple projects.
Ultimately your industry knowledge and relationship skills will enable you to engage quickly with all stakeholders and ensure quality solutions are delivered for clients.
