Add expected salary to your profile for insights Due to exceptional growth and success, the RPS Project Management team are seeking motivated and qualified Project Manager.
You will be predominately working on government health and education disciplines within our Project Management division, with development opportunities in the future.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Building and Construction and similar.
This position is based in Cairns, with a high performing team, who is a market leader in project management who specialise in the delivery of large complex projects.
About you A tertiary qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering, or similar is desirable; Strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, in particular, Head Contract, Managing Contractor and Design and Construct is preferable; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner; Proactive and able to think strategically; Australian Citizen and able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
Experience in client-side Project Management in the industries as mentioned above and familiarity with government procurement rules (would be preferable, but not essential); AIPM Accreditation or equivalent would be advantageous.
