We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital.
You will provide Minor Works and Modification Works support to the Facilities and Asset Services team.
What you'll do The role has a broad remit, with key responsibilities outlined below: Planning and delivery of the Annual Lifecycle Projects for the facility including Upgrades and Modifications as required.
Working with a team of experienced and passionate project professionals as you play a key role in the effective delivery of Lifecycle projects.
Overseeing project governance to ensure effective change management to the Lifecycle technical model and site Asset registers.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to the Program Manager and other senior stakeholders.
Responsible for executing projects safely, on time and within budget.
What you'll bring Project management experience in the facilities and maintenance field; Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable.
Technical qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical.
Proven experience in evaluating and planning long term facilities modifications and lifecycle projects.
The ability to develop plans, procedures and processes and deliver Whole of Life AM/O&M projects.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a high level of discretion with internal or external parties such as clients, government bodies and other organisations.
