We're hiring a Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of projects in the North West WA, on a 4 day on, 3 day off roster.
This role is an integral part of creating and maintaining client relationships and successful project delivery measured across HSE, commercial, financial, program and quality outcomes compared with Client and DTI requirements.
About the roleMaintain and foster regular client relationships / dialogue and market the business and services.Conduct effective and professional negotiation of work with clients.Demonstrating commitment to HSE through development and implementation of DTI and local risk management initiatives, scheduling and conduct of HSE audits, work site visits, and safety discussions.Build a client driven team which works with clients to understand and meet their needs.Provide an environment for continuous improvement of safety, with the ultimate aim of giving each employee the best possible chance of remaining injury free in the work place.Closely monitor project costs on a regular basis and take corrective action where deviations from budget occur.Resource and develop an effective, appropriately skilled and empowered team able to deliver the required services and demand of the wider organisation.Prepare accurate and timely narrative monthly reports that contain movements and progress that address all requirements of DTI's Project Management Methodology.About youTertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or similar.Appropriate Track Safe Working Certification & / or ability to obtain.Proven successful Project Management experience.Prior programming/planning experience, financial analysis and management skills.Experience in developing tenders relating to infrastructure projects.The ability to lead and manage a team in geographic disperse locations.The ability to manage a blue collar workforce.Understanding of commercial conditions relating to contract management, valuations, industrial environment.Understanding of the mechanical and railway track operations.What we offerIndustry leading Parental Leave program, novated leasing, purchase leave, salary sacrifice.Employee referral bonuses and hybrid working arrangements.Retailer discounts, health & wellbeing initiatives, external study financial assistance and more!National business with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and opportunities.DT Infrastructure is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace that champions opportunity and respect.
