A career defining opportunity has now presented for a passionate, committed, and experienced Project Manager, to be based in Picton, Bunbury WA. In this position, you will lead various Bridge Structures projects within our Infrastructure Services business.
Previous experience in a Project Management role is preferred; however, we will consider an experienced Senior Project Engineer with sights set on becoming a Project Manager within a short period of time. You will manage the full project lifecycle for projects to the value of $20 million. You will demonstrate strong leadership and REAL values, and you will ensure that your team delivers each project following our living safely philosophy.
We are seeking an individual with:
Strong demonstrated greenfield and brownfield Bridge Works Project Management and Leadership experience with a Safety-first approach.Strong evidence of Contract Administration practices and a successful track record of delivering safe construction projects on time and on budget.An innate ability to harness and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively within a complex and diverse environment.A solid performer, with professional acumen and exceptional communication skills.The ability to drive and motivate team and project performance delivery.Sound influencing, negotiation, and resilience skills.Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
