Project Manager

Foster's is a Western Australian multi-award-winning industry leader in the commercial electrical industry and EV charging sectors.We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead complex trade-based projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful project delivery across commercial, Health Care, and Electrical Projects.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage comprehensive project plansCoordinate and supervise multidisciplinary project teamsPrepare detailed project budgets and monitor financial performanceManage project timelines, resources, and deliverablesConduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and client specificationsLiaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholdersPrepare and present detailed project reports and progress updatesOversee quality control and technical review processesManage project documentation and maintain accurate recordsTrade-based background (Electrical preferred but not essential)Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project managementProven track record of managing projects with budgets over $500,000Understanding of electrical systems design and implementationProficiency in project management software - Monday or similar including Field Management SoftwareExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWhat we also offer:A great variety of worksTake home work vehicleSmartphoneLaptop and data packFull uniformsStable work with a long-term client contract base.Flexible working arrangements are available.Social and work functions with a strong focus on family and team wellbeing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
