About the rolePARC Engineering is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding business. This site-based position will involve overseeing multiple projects in the Infrastructure division of the company, covering a variety of local Electrical and Civil work scopes across Perth.What you'll doMonitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.Prepare accurate monthly reports for the executive leadership team that addresses safety and quality performance, project risks, robust forecasting, budget movements and progress as a minimum.Demonstrate commitment to HSE through development and implementation of risk management initiatives, scheduling and overseeing HSE audits, work site visits, and safety discussions.Build, develop and maintain good client relationships to allow PARC to further business development opportunities in the future.Financial management of the project by overseeing expenditure, regularly monitoring & reviewing progress against the approved budget and taking corrective actions as required.Lead by example and provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams and personnel, cultivate a great culture within the team that works collaboratively with clients to understand and meet their needs.Take responsibility and accountability for all contractual and commercial aspects including notices, variations, claims and extensions of time entitlement.Planning and management of all resources, including staff, wages, plant, subcontractors, materials, small tools and consumables to optimise project delivery.What we're looking for5+ years experience in a Project Manager role within the mining, construction or infrastructure sectors.Previous experience managing electrical and civil disciplines across multiple sites.Qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or Electrical background, highly desirable.A proven track record of delivering multiple, complex projects between $2-20 Million on time & on budget, with a high attention to detail.Demonstrated knowledge and practice of health & safety guidelines.A dynamic team-player with exceptional written & verbal communication skills.Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.PARC PerksCareer progression paths, learning and professional development opportunities.Remuneration, Reward and Recognition Programs.Support for you and your family through our Employee Assistant Program (EAP).The chance to join a growing company with a values driven culture where you can really make an impact.A bit about usPARC Engineering are specialists in Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical, and Infrastructure projects.
