The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join Zenith Energy and lead the construction of a large-scale Greenfields hybrid renewable energy project in Western Australia. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering team delivering innovative, sustainable power solutions. The role is based in the Perth head office but requires travel to site.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the project to ensure it is delivered safely on time, and within budget.
Provide leadership and direction to the project team, including support teams.
Manage the scheduling of resources, logistics, and subcontractors.
Fulfill commercial obligations, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.
Coordinate engineering activities to align with the project schedule, budget, and scope.
Develop and maintain comprehensive HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) plans.
About You
As the Project Manager you will bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and skills to the role. Here's a breakdown of what you'll need:
Experience
Experience as a Project Manager delivering $100m plus construction projects in remote Western Australia.
Experience leading and managing a high performing safe project team.
Knowledge & Skills
Highly organized and process-driven with excellent attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make effective commercial decisions.
Exceptional communication skills to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Western Australian safety legislation.
Qualifications/Certifications
BA Construction Management/ Engineering or equivalent Trade Qualifications.
Clearances
National Police Clearance.
Medical Clearance.
