Our group has now grown to an operational workforce of over 2,800 personnel with an extensive fleet of modern vehicles and equipment that operate nationwide.

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an experienced multidiscipline Project Manager to join our Projects team. As a Project Manager you will be leading the execution of greenfield and brownfield mining and other industrial construction projects. This permanent full-time position is based at our CBD Head Office with FIFO site travel as required. Responsibilities include:

Build positive and professional relationships with clients and vendors whilst establishing new and continuous business opportunities.Financial health of all allocated projects.Ensure contracts are complied with in a professional manner within the required timeframes.Manage projects and completion in accordance with client, statutory, quality and safety requirements.Monitor fabrication, procurement and other deliverables to ensure site teams meet all project milestones.Identify continuous improvement on project delivery.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will:

Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role with strong technical knowledge in fixed plant mining.Engineering or Trade qualification.Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor accreditation (S44 as a minimum with the aim to complete S26).Experience in successfully delivering multidiscipline (CSMPEI or SMPEI) construction projects in mining and/or other industrial construction environments.Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software, including Project and Excel.Primavera and/or Pronto knowledge would be advantageous.Tertiary qualifications in Construction and/or Project Management is desirable.
