Full-Time
At M2P Engineering, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our piping and mechanical project in a hydroelectric environment. This is an opportunity to bring your expertise to a challenging and rewarding role where you'll manage a key project with significant impact.
As our valued
Project Manager
, you will play a vital role in delivering this critical project on time and within budget while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Based in NSW with FIFO/DIDO flexibility, you'll draw on your extensive project management experience to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution.
Working a 2:1 FIFO roster with flights from most major cities, you'll enjoy a better work-life balance. You'll also be surrounded by a down-to-earth team of reliable, friendly, hard-working people - it's not all hugs and roses, but we take your physical and mental health seriously.
You'll make an impact by:
Leading and managing all aspects of the piping and mechanical project within the hydroelectric environment.
Ensuring project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and budget.
Collaborating with a skilled team of engineers, tradespeople, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.
Managing risk and implementing solutions to overcome challenges in a dynamic environment.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Extensive experience in project management, particularly within the piping and mechanical sectors.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Proven ability to deliver projects in complex environments, ideally within the energy sector.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ideally, you will also have:
Experience working in hydroelectric or other renewable energy projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
