The Role With some exciting projects on the horizon, our Perth office is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager that will actively contribute to Swift Networks achieving its mission and vision through a commitment to excellence in construction, maintenance and service delivery functions.
This position is part of our Project Delivery team who are critical in our success. This technically minded individual will be committed to providing high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to our exemplary technical delivery and support functions.
This role requires someone with excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, sound analytical and time management skills, and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
Lead and manage technical projects as the key client interface. Plan, coordinate, and manage all project phases, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout. Oversee project budgets and cost control, and manage change requests to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Coordinate and oversee design and construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements. Determine labor requirements and schedule technical resources accordingly. Liaise with clients and internal staff to identify, manage, and implement project requirements. Manage relationships and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction. Foster continuous improvement through best practice project management and supporting systems, processes, and procedures. Ensure all aspects of site safety and quality assurance are adhered to, including all company, client, and legislative safety policies, guidelines, and procedures. Maintain quality assurance standards for delivery and maintenance, ensuring all project and maintenance deliverables comply with relevant standards and guidelines. Qualifications and Experience Five years of experience in a Project Management role Proven experience in budget management, time management, and project reporting Previous experience in delivering engineered solutions Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently Client-facing project experience, with the ability to manage external and internal stakeholders Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service and effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences Degree in a relevant area (preferred) Certification in PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMI PMP (preferred) Experience in RF, MATV, and IPTV design (preferred) Demonstrated experience in the implementation and integration of ICT infrastructure projects (preferred) Candidates must have the right to work in Australia, a current police clearance, valid driver's license and be able to travel.
