Our leadership is focused on championing collaboration and collective actionThe RoleThe Project Manager will plan, organise and oversee projects through various phases ensuring that goals are met on time, within budget and according to the agreed scopeKey responsibilities will include:Providing expert project management assistance to ONI executives, managers, staff and project teams.Engaging with NIC stakeholders to derive fit for purpose solutionsConducting planning, scheduling, budgeting and estimating of work / tasking to meet business requirements.Preparing project documentation including assisting with the review and clearances process for project documentation.Providing advice on the application of project management methodologies.Conducting project risk management workshops and assessments to develop, manage and evaluate risk mitigation strategies and risk management plans.Skills and ExperienceRelevant qualifications or relevant industry/domain work experience (for example ICT, cloud, National Security or Government).Recognised project management qualifications.Written and oral communication skills.Planning skills to manage and prioritise activities to meet deadlines.Facilitate meetings to drive collaboration and drive decision making.Focus on the customer, understanding both business and technical context.Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects concurrently.It is a requirement of this position that the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen with TSPV Security ClearanceApplicationsTo apply for this opportunity, please click 'APPLY.'
