Project Manager , you will play a vital role in delivering this critical project on time and within budget while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Based in NSW with FIFO/DIDO flexibility, you'll draw on your extensive project management experience to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution.Working a 2:1 FIFO roster with flights from most major cities, you'll enjoy a better work-life balance. You'll also be surrounded by a down-to-earth team of reliable, friendly, hard-working people - it's not all hugs and roses, but we take your physical and mental health seriously.You'll make an impact by:Leading and managing all aspects of the piping and mechanical project within the hydroelectric environment.Ensuring project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and budget.Collaborating with a skilled team of engineers, tradespeople, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.Managing risk and implementing solutions to overcome challenges in a dynamic environment.What you'll bringTo succeed in this role, you will have:Extensive experience in project management, particularly within the piping and mechanical sectors.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Proven ability to deliver projects in complex environments, ideally within the energy sector.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ideally, you will also have:Experience working in hydroelectric or other renewable energy projects.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.So, what can you expect from a career with us?Well, it's about three things:Work.
