Join a transformation team dedicated to the digital uplift across multiple areas of the organisation.
In this role, you will take responsibility for delivering a new scheduling and services application designed to create a great user experience and seamless communication across clients, workers, and operations.
The initiation phase has been completed, so you will take over the project at the planning phase (i.e., the implementation study) and work closely with vendors, end-users, and internal stakeholders to go live with the new platform in April 2025.
You will move the project through planning, design, development, testing, deployment, post-deployment, and project closure.
You will act as the project's advocate and work closely with the Change Manager, who will take accountability for the outcomes and act as the customer's advocate.
What you will bring to the role Your prior experience working in the community services industry - aged care, disability care, family services, mental health, housing, youth, rehabilitation, health, etc. Your experience in project managing an implementation/deployment of software applications within the industry. Your high emotional intelligence and self-awareness. Your ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. Your comfort zone with change and working with teams going through rapid change.
