About the Role: We have a unique opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team at Ventia reporting to the Head of Enablement in our Group Supply Chain function. This position will take on the responsibility of delivering on a number of projects to drive improvements to support the Ventia business and our diverse contracts. Projects will also be diverse from new systems for contract management, systems integration and operational efficiencies that will make it easier for Ventia employees to use best in class solutions for Source to Settle continuum. This position offers hybrid working with time in the office and work from home. With options to base from our beautiful North Sydney NSW Corporate head office or our office in Cremorne VIC. Responsibilities: Take point on the delivery of identified improvement projects including but not limited to scope, definition, goal development, deliverable plan and timelines. Identification of leadership of any project team members. Management of delivery to budget. Risk identification and mitigations. Reporting and stakeholder updates as well as post implementation reviews to enable continuous improvement. Maintain knowledge of current and emerging business trends as they relate to procurement best practices. About You: Well developed experience with process engineering, business analysis and project management delivery. Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience with business administration, IT or a related field. Effective communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of operational and leadership teams. Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft package. Prior training or experience with Six Sigma, lean continuous improvement process or other systematic approaches for productivity or quality improvement. Ability to deliver on multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously meeting deadlines with a high level of detail and accuracy.
