Are you ready for an exciting challenge? Join the Inground Construction Division as a Project Manager! Based at their Head Office in Bibra Lake, you'll lead projects involving PE piping systems, hydrants, hose reels, fire system pumps, and tanks.

Duties / Responsibilities Coordinate teams of tradesmen, plant operators, and T/A's to assist in the installation and commissioning of fire systems, including civil works, buried services, Plan, schedule, and coordinate the delivery of projects on time and within budget. Manage project performance and trend reporting. Maintain accountability for budgetary and cost control management. Demonstrate a proven track record in achieving KPIs. Ensure all project variations to scope are effectively managed and charged. Collate project schedules, work in progress, and completed work, and report on project progress to construction management. Foster individual talent and provide mentorship to emerging talent. Implement performance management and monitor progress. Set a high standard of HSEQ compliance for oneself and encourage others to do the same. Proactively participate in the development and implementation of initiatives to improve OH&S risks. Skills and Experience Demonstrated experience in a construction environment, including project management, earned value management (EVM), and change management processes. Extensive experience with industry-standard cost and scheduling software packages. Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment. Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. Proven autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving. Maintains a professional demeanour.
