Due to growth in the number of projects and varying types of civil projects (road upgrades, residential subdivisions, industrial/commercial developments, and complex pipe works), we are seeking a Project Manager with formal qualifications.
You will be managing site teams consisting of site managers, engineers, operators, labour and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of the projects.
You will be reporting and working collaboratively with the directors of the company.
The company is based on the Central Coast with current projects located between Central Coast, Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, and Port Stephens.
Responsibilities will include: Manage and co-coordinate with Site Managers and sub-contractors across multiple work fronts and disciplines; Client and contract management; Project management tasks including programming/scheduling, contractual administration, procurement, and technical aspects; Tracking production costs; Oversee HSEQ compliances; Plant and resource management; About You: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or Construction Management or equivalent tertiary qualifications; Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for civil; Eagerness to learn/grow as well as improve the business; Please provide your application with a resume, cover letter, and current academic transcripts.
