We are working with a reputable and successful commercial construction company who have delivered successful projects in aged care, education, health and more.
Our client has a rare opportunity for a Project Manager to work in their Newcastle office. They offer professional structures for major projects and a culture that is passionate about construction and their company.
Duties & Responsibilities, Managing all facets of the project including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety & risk.Dealing directly with clients to define project requirements then preparing scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.Liaise with Authorities, Consultants, Engineers and community in regard to the project. Leading project delivery team, providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals. Tracking and Reporting progress of the project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines. Manage and ensure project milestones are met.Ensure the project is completed to a high quality prior to handover.Provides supervision, coach and mentor team members.Your experience; Demonstrated capacity working as a Project Manager on Commercial projects Ideally hold a Bachelor of Construction Management or Civil EngineeringStrong ability to coach and mentor teams Benefits:
