We have an exciting opportunity for aProject Manager to join our Projects Team in Sydney.This role is responsible for managing all aspects of projects assigned, including and not limited to, optimising resources, budget control, coordination of all services to meet timelines, client specification, and quality control in accordance with the company Integrated Management System (IMS).

The role coordinates andmanages the project team, stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives, scope, budget, quality, and schedule are met or exceeded. This rolewill report to the Senior ProjectManager. Successful applicants must have:
5 years of experience in managing commercial construction projects. Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field. Construction White Card or the ability to attain. First Aid Certificate Level 2 or the ability to attain. Certificate III in Workplace Health and Safety or the ability to attain. Demonstrated knowledge and skills in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong financial, commercial, and contractual acumen and analytical skills. High attention to detail and quality standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and other relevant software applications. A current driver's license and the ability to travel as required Experience with Procore, Buildlogic or similar ProjectManagement Systems is preferred. This position offers the chance to be part of a friendly, supportive, tight-knit team. Your strong organisational and leadership skills, along with your ability to work autonomously will stand you in good stead.
