Base salary between from $180K plus super, travel costs and extras (negotiable)Manage a multi-million dollar build in Watsons Bay Permanent role with a boutique, luxury builder with a strong pipeline of workAbout the Company Our client has been operating for over 15 + years within the luxury residential industry across Sydney's North Shore, Northern Beaches and Eastern Suburbs. Our client specialises in bespoke, architectural new builds and renovations and have recently expanded their market to the Eastern Suburbs after being primarily based in the Northern Beaches.
They have collaborated and worked with renowned architects, and have a strong focus on attention to detail and high quality workmanship and finishes. Their average contract values range from $4M up to $10M and would run 3-5 projects at any one time. Due to growth, we are seeking an additional Project Manager for an upcoming project based in Watsons Bay.
About the Role As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the owners of the Business and will oversee a team of Site Managers, Leading Hands, and a Contracts Administrator. You will be involved in the project from commencement (will likely commence in April - May 2024) until handover and completion.
Day to day duties will include:
Internal and external stakeholder and relationship management Development and ongoing management of the construction program Regular reporting Management of trades, sub-contractors and suppliers with the support of a Contracts AdministratorManagement of trades, sub-contractor and supplier agreements and contractsCoordination with the designers and consultants Development and ongoing management of financial forecasting and budgetsOverseeing procurement and contracts administration Hybrid office and site based role What You Need Trade qualification in Carpentry will be highly regarded for this role Minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager within the luxury residential marketExceptional presentation with strong verbal and written communication skillsComprehensive residential construction knowledge Strong understanding of budgets and financial forecasting Strong understanding of construction codes, building quotes and regulationsThe Benefits Base salary from $180K plus superannuation and extras (experience dependent)Monday - Friday working week, Saturday work may be required from time to time Award winning builder with the NSW Master Builders Association (above $4M)Be part of an extremely high-performing and experienced teamOpportunity to work with a renowned builder in the luxury residential market Boutique company with minimal staff turnoverIf you are interested in learning more about the role, please feel free to reach out to me on 0447 367 966 for a confidential chat.
