Ansvar's Strategy and Change team is looking for a Project Manager with skills and experience in delivering technology-related projects.
This role will require the successful candidate to have a strong skillset in technology; System implementations, Data warehouse and M365.
The scope of this role is very broad and fairly hands-on, with the successful candidate expected to be involved in all aspects of the project including requirements gathering, process mapping, working closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including vendors.
Candidates must be prepared to attend the office 3 days per week.
Key responsibilities Oversee the successful planning, coordination, implementation and execution of allocated portfolio of projects: Ensure effective planning of project requirements prior to implementation in alignment with Ansvar's Change Portfolio Management methodology Successful coordination and implementation of project requirements Successful execution of specific projects in line with agreed deliverables Drive a 'Benefits Delivery' to ensure you maximise the benefits included in the Material Change initiatives Analyse requirements of business functionality and effectiveness Build flexible partnerships in working in the business and with a range of teams to deliver and embed change Facilitate and contribute to Ansvar achieving our strategic objectives Knowledge, skills and experience 7+ years' experience in Project Management capacity Previous experience in GI would be preferred Or Financial Services industry Advanced experience in the development of Project Plan, Project Schedule and Resource Management (resource capacity planning and management), Change and Communication plans Strong experience in technology-related projects as well as data warehousing solutions Working knowledge of JIRA (Atlassian) Strong communication skills to a wide range of people, internal and external Strong stakeholder management and ability to manage expectations Understanding of the Australian general insurance industry, and willingness to learn about Ansvar's core markets and how strategies work in the marketplace Highly disciplined with excellent planning and time-management skills What we offer Learning and Development opportunities Employee Referral Program Flu Vaccinations Reward & Recognition Program Competitive Parental Leave Arrangement Purchase additional Annual Leave opportunity Wellbeing and Birthday leave A range of Wellbeing and Safety benefits available to colleagues and their families Volunteering opportunities provided throughout the year Flexible working conditions are part of our DNA, and our hybrid working practices enable colleagues to collaborate effectively whilst balancing personal needs Community Education Grant Program – Ansvar staff can participate in the review and selection of the Grant recipients each year, to determine who receives funding from Ansvar's profit pool Participation in Ansvar's short term incentive scheme About us Benefact Group is a unique international financial services Group made up of over 30 businesses.
