Roles & Responsibilities Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractorsDesign Management & Coordination (structure, finishes and façade)Program ManagementReview shop drawingsEvaluation of trade specific variations, RFI'sAbout YouYou will ideally have worked for a commercial/apartment builder as a Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator.
Previous experience working on Apartment projects will be looked upon favorably but not essential.
You must possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively liaise with design consultants, sub-contractors, client and internal construction team.
