Projects: $120m Apartment Location: Inner Suburbs Salary: $200K - $240K + Super CompanyFounded almost 10 years ago, this Multi Level specialist is a well respected, slick and professional builder that delivers projects throughout Melbourne up to $150M. This business has a book of confirmed projects through until 2028, with respected relationships with top developers. This company has evolved over the last 5 years into a respected and professional contractor, with over 200 staff within the business. Due to the ongoing growth of the business, and most recently successful tender wins, the business is looking on expanding their team even further!Role: Initially, you will be employed to manage a $120m Apartment project in the Inner Suburbs. This role is an immediate need but a January start is also acceptable.Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be required to: Manage and prepare scopes of work and award sub-contract package Assess sub-contractor variations and progress payments Prepare monthly cost reports for the directors of the company Assist the Manager with project coordination of sub-contractors Manage all relevant stakeholders Financially astute, complete control of budgets and ensure that projects are profitable REQUIREMENTS:The successful candidate will have: A Relevant tertiary degree A strong commercial mindset with experience on constructing Apartment/ Commercial projects larger than $40m Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager Excellent communication and presentation skills A go get attitude with a hardworking mentality Unlimited Australian working rights Reach out to Ryan Attard on or #J-18808-Ljbffr
