Project Manager

About the role: As Project Manager you will oversee a $40m mixed use development and be the key point of contact for the client on your deliverables.
You will liaise with the site manager, project coordinator and project directors on a daily basis.
You will have a full understanding of the project financials and understand where program is at.
You'll also be able to identify key risk items threatening budget or program.
Problem solving, organisation and clear communication will form a large part of the role.
Your background: Ideally have 5+ years Project coordination and/or Management experience on projects $20m+ in value.
You will be a self sufficient operator with strong financial acumen.
Attention to detail, organisation and strong communication skills are essential for the role.
You will ideally have had experience in multi-level structures.
You will receive: Attractive salary, approx $220k package.
