We will be hiring an experienced and ambitious Project Manager to contribute to our ongoing growth.Snapshot of your new day-to-dayOversee a portfolio of design and construct and fitout projectsDeliver exceptional outcomes to clients, delivering on time, on budget and to the highest quality and safety standardsEnsure detailed design and program plans are approved by the Construction Manager Coach and mentor a team of construction professionals to be the best they can beLead the project's design detailing, product selection and defect processManage the approval processes for drawings and specifications, shop drawings and procurementApplying an effective Subcontractor selection and evaluation procedureLiaise with Clients, Consultants and Subcontractors throughout the project lifecycleProvide regular and accurate reporting on project and risk statusDrive and sure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment and Quality standardsShare lessons learned with other Project Managers Provide input for the tender and ECI processContribute to continuous improvement of our project management processesFoundation for your success in the roleA genuine passion for the Construction industry and inherent drive to deliver high quality outcomes and experiencesTertiary qualified in Construction Management or a related disciplineExperience in PM or Assistant PM roles in Construction, ideally in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 environmentExposure to a variety of medium-to-large scale projects, e.g. commercial, education, industrial and residential, including new build and fitout projectsStrong track record in delivering construction projects in alignment with schedules, budgets and customer expectationsThorough understanding of design and construction processesProven leader, coach and developer of successful teamsCollaborative approach and a focus on teamworkAbility to juggle multiple projects simultaneously We are the destination for your career in constructionKapitol is revolutionising the construction industry by embracing cutting-edge digital technology, driving innovation, and prioritising quality, safety, and workplace culture to create a future where construction is more productive, safe, and sustainable.
