Project Manager

Bluestone is partnered with one of Melbourne's most prestigious high-end residential builders who are looking to add a Project Manager to the business. This award winning builder have a fantastic reputation for delivering considered architectural projects with meticulous attention to detail and an on going pursuit to deliver world class homes. 

This role will manage two upcoming $10 MIL builds in Brighton & Toorak

About the Role
Reporting to the Directors of the company you will be responsible for
Management of two high-end architectural new builds roughly $10 MIL each.Management of project budget and cost reports. Client management and running PCG's. Management of site team and contract administrator. Design and consultant management. Ideal Candidate 

You will ideally have experience working on high-end architecturally designed homes in a Project Manager, SPM or Contract Admin capacity. You will need a sound construction knowledge, commercial acumen & be able to manage internal & external stakeholders on the projects.
