Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of projects from conception to completion. Operating from our main office in Bayswater North, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met and delivered with the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute project plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Monitor and control project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
• Communicate project status, issues, and resolutions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to maximise productivity.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.
Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a successful track record of managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in pipeline maintenance and rehabilitation is preferred.
