Your duties will be threefold:
Quality ManagementContract AdministrationProject coordinationYour main duties will involve, but will not be limited to: Ensure projects are designed and built and delivered on time, to budget and to required quality specificationProvide project management expertise in partnership with Development Managers and other key stakeholdersEstablish partnering relationships with relevant external head contractors, consultants and suppliersEnsure the Development Team is updated along the journey, ensuring seamless defecting and transition to occupation for our customersAbout You Appropriate tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experienceProject Management or Contract Management experience working in the residential construction industryConstruction experience or proven knowledge in domestic constructionProven understanding of legal requirements and obligations in the administration of contractsAn energetic and can-do attitude with the ability to drive better outcomesStrong communication and customer centricity skillsThe Stockland Proposition At Stockland we are a community delivering outcomes that benefit the community at large.
